Why is my reward pending?
A pending reward is on hold while the offer provider finishes its verification. This standard step confirms the offer was completed before the reward is finalized.
How long does verification take?
Verification can take up to seven business days. When it's done, the reward is credited to your account automatically.
Where can I see my pending rewards?
Go to Games Activities and select Show Pendings to check the status of your rewards.
Is there anything I need to do?
No. Waiting can be frustrating, but your reward is being tracked and will be released once verification is finished.
