What happens after I claim my reward?
TopSurveys sends a reward email to the email address registered on your account. That email is where you start the redemption.
How do I complete the redemption?
Follow the instructions in the reward email. They take you to a page where you enter your details and complete the payout. You can choose PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, bank transfer, a Visa prepaid card, Revolut or one of 270+ gift cards.
Some rewards, such as Revolut and bank transfer, ask you to enter the account you want the reward sent to.
How long does the payout take?
Withdrawals on TopSurveys are instant, and arrival depends on the payout method. Once your payout is sent, check the account for the payout method you chose to see if the reward has arrived.
