What is a streak?

Your streak counts how many days in a row you complete at least one rewarded task, such as a survey or an offer. It isn't a fixed weekly cycle. It keeps going for as long as you stay active, with rewards along the way.

How do I build my streak?

Complete at least one rewarded task a day, either a survey or an offer, to earn your streak day. Only completed surveys and offers count. Pending tasks don't start or continue your streak.

Profiling surveys and your very first survey as a new member don't count toward your streak, and neither do milestones or actions that have no reward. You can earn one streak day per day, no matter how many tasks you complete.

What are streak freezes?

A streak freeze protects your streak if you miss a day. If you don't complete a rewarded task on a given day and you have a freeze, it's used automatically so your streak doesn't reset. A freeze only protects your streak. It doesn't add a streak day or raise your count.

How do I earn a streak freeze?

You earn freezes by completing extra rewarded tasks after you've earned your streak day:

  • Your first task of the day secures your streak day.
  • Your second task earns one freeze.
  • Your third task earns another freeze.

You can hold up to two freezes at a time. If you already have two, you won't earn more until you use one.

What happens if I miss a day without a freeze?

Your streak resets to zero if you don't complete a rewarded task and have no freeze available.

What are milestone rewards?

You get a milestone reward on every seventh day in a row of your streak: Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, Day 28 and so on. The Day 7 reward is smaller. From Day 14 on, each milestone reward has the same value.

What kind of rewards can I earn?

A reward can be a fixed cash amount or a reward box you open, which can hold a cash reward or a survey bonus percentage. The exact reward you see may vary by account.
